Working with us
Nutrition care for your hormones, covered by your plan.
You don't need another restrictive diet. You need a registered dietitian who understands PCOS, thyroid conditions and women's hormonal health — and who takes your insurance.

The results you're actually after.
Not a number on a scale — the everyday things that tell you your hormones are working with you again.

- Ovulate regularly
- Have pain-free periods without relying on birth control

- Reduce hair loss
- Enjoy the foods you grew up eating and support your hormones
- Improve your blood-sugar labs — A1c, fasting glucose, insulin

How it works
Three steps, starting with your coverage.
Check your coverage
Most plans cover nutrition visits — often at no cost to you. See exactly what your plan includes, or read the questions to ask your insurer.
Book your first session
A longer first visit where we go through your history, your symptoms and your goals — and leave you with a first set of recommendations.
Ongoing, personalized care
We adjust as your body responds — reviewing labs, refining food and lifestyle changes, and keeping you supported between visits.
The money part, plainly
What you'll actually pay.
We're in-network with Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield PPO plans and Cigna, and we accept HSA and FSA cards. Here's how coverage usually works.
It is always your responsibility to call your insurer and confirm your nutrition benefits before your visit — coverage varies plan by plan, and if insurance declines to cover a visit, you're responsible for the full amount billed.
Aetna
In-network. You're responsible only for your plan's copay, coinsurance or deductible. A doctor's referral is required before your first nutrition visit.
BlueCross BlueShield PPO
In-network. You're responsible only for your plan's copay, coinsurance or deductible. A referral is typically not required.
Cigna
In-network, and a referral is typically not required. Cigna covers 3 nutrition visits per year; any visits after that are self-pay.
Not in-network with us?
You may still have out-of-network benefits. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
My biggest win was getting pregnant. I started working with Nosheen to get ready for pregnancy — and my digestion improved along the way, with less heartburn and less bloating.
Additional services
Extras that insurance doesn't cover.
These are optional and billed directly — insurance only covers face-to-face time with your dietitian.
Chat support
$125/monthMessage your dietitian between sessions for quick questions, food swaps and encouragement. Optional, and not billable to insurance — coverage applies to face-to-face visits only.
Reschedule Your Period
$175You may love your body and your cycle and still want to move it for a religious obligation, a wedding or travel. If birth control doesn't feel right to you, we can help you navigate your cycle around the date. Start at least three months ahead.
