Does this sound like you?

You've done everything you were told, and you still don't feel well.

  • You're always the coldest person in the room
  • Your hair is falling out in clumps
  • You have no energy for the people or things you love
  • You can't fall asleep, or can't stay asleep
  • You keep gaining weight despite trying every diet
  • You have brain fog
  • You aren't going to the bathroom every day
  • Your symptoms went away on medication, then came back
  • You've been told to give up gluten, dairy, sugar and caffeine — or to try keto or intermittent fasting

We can help you…

  • Have more energy, so you can do more of what you love.
  • Go to the bathroom every day.
  • Reduce hair loss.
  • Make more body heat, so you're not always freezing.
  • Sleep through the night.
  • Feel confident about food while your doctor manages your medication.

…without sacrificing your favorite foods.

How we help

Food that supports your thyroid — and still tastes like your life.

  • Support from a registered dietitian who works with thyroid conditions
  • Straight answers on gluten, dairy, soy and the rest of the noise
  • How to eat for steady energy instead of crashes
  • Which supplements are worth it — and which aren't
  • A weight-inclusive approach that works with your culture and your kitchen

To be clear

We're registered dietitians, not prescribers. We work alongside your doctor and your medication plan — we don't start, stop or adjust thyroid medication.

Good news

Thyroid nutrition counseling is usually covered by your plan.

We're in-network with Aetna, BCBS PPO and Cigna, and we accept HSA and FSA cards. Most plans cover nutrition visits — often at no cost to you beyond your copay. Aetna asks for a doctor's referral before your first visit; BCBS PPO and Cigna usually don't. It's always your responsibility to confirm your own benefits before you book, and we'll walk you through exactly how.

I'm doing so much better. I'm sleeping well, my energy is good, and my nails are a lot stronger. I feel more confident about eating to support my hormones.
